Caffe Latte is fundamentally different to these competitors, as demonstrated in our success in the last 3 years. Caffe Latte’s consistency in delivering quality products and service has allow us to keep ahead of the competition.
Our primary differentiators to our competition are: our customer focus and how we offer our services, our efficiency in delivering quality combined with consistency and the value perceived by and given to each customer.

Market Opportunity
Currently the Canary Islands are lacking establishments that produce Italian inspired American gourmet coffee. Businesses like Caffe Latte simply do not exist here, leaving Caffe Latte to fill the gap and monopolise on the opportunity. Coffee is a large commodity and very popular in Spanish culture, additionally the Canary Islands are a huge tourist destination, which receive a high number of European tourists, predominantly from the UK, Germany and Spain, where coffee houses like Caffe Latte are more recognisable.
Funding Requirement
Caffe Latte now seeks to raise interest and investors to accelerate its expansion. Although, capable of growing on its own resources these funds will allow company increase discretionary expenditure aimed at capturing a significant market share in this growing market.
