Our History

Caffe Latte in Corralejo, Fuerteventura (of the Spanish Canary Islands) was established in the summer of 2009 by Shabs Piercy (Engineer and Internet Marketer) and Kim Sammons (Coffee Brand Trainer), a young and energetic couple from the United Kingdom.  The couple identified a distinct gap in the market for quality coffee delivered in a sociable and inviting environment.

Having a career spanning 15years in the catering industry, focusing specifically on multi-store management and brand training for a number of multinational coffee house chains; Kim utilised her expert knowledge and skills of both coffee preparation and store management to deliver great coffee and great service….Caffe Latte was born.  Together Shabs and Kim designed brand identity, menus, business and marketing strategies to ensure Caffe Latte’s on-going success.

Located in a predominantly tourist town, Caffe Latte has an exceptional reputation amongst local residents and tourists alike, covering all ages and nationalities.

The Caffe Latte ‘concept’ was inspired by popular coffee house chains that can be found throughout the globe, but with their own unique flair and passion for coffee quality and outstanding service, Caffe Latte brings you an amazing experience.
